About Western Redbud
Expect pink & magenta flowers from March through May. Does best in full sun to part shade with dry soil. Mature plants stand 3 m–6 m tall. Supports bees, butterflies, hummingbirds and caterpillars (as a larval host). Deer tend to leave it alone.
