About Red Maple
Red Maple is a native tree. Expect red flowers from March through April. Thrives in full sun to part shade; prefers moist to wet conditions underfoot. Draws bees, butterflies, hummingbirds and caterpillars (as a larval host) to the garden. Deer tend to leave it alone.
